This e-course provides a ten week course via e-mail that will give you information and clear actions to take each week that are designed – with practice - to help you to effectively build your sense of optimism over time.
You will receive a new lesson each week that will guide you through an important concept and one or more specific actions to take that week for developing your sense of optimism, overcoming feelings of pessimism and helplessness, and growing a more active and effective sense of life.
The key to getting the most out of this course, as with everything offered here, is to practice the ideas and actions until they become habits. The Learning Optimism E-Course is action oriented, and designed to help you to understand and use findings from the latest research on happiness and well being, in a style that is enjoyable, accessible, and to the point.
